Tastes of sun and summer. Fresh, tart and with a light bitterness. This beer is the result of an experiment, first conducted in 2019, in which Fynsk Forår beer was stored in whisky barrels from Nyborg Destilleri. The natural flora and patina in the barrels, along with the remnants of the whisky, lend the beer its special taste and aroma of pineapple, apricot, tart apple and a hint of whisky.

A great substitute for champagne or sparkling wine. The beer goes well with summer foods: for example, salmon sandwiches or other fish dishes.
