An intense, round, full-bodied, Christmas-spiced stout made from Funen barley and wheat.
Our Symbiostout is a delicious Christmas stout to which we add Christmas spices such as cinnamon stick, orange zest and star anise. We then round it off to perfection in whisky casks, adding a splash of black, organic, coffee liqueur. Developed in collaboration with Nyborg Castle
Every year we produce a new version. Due to the high alcohol content, the product can be stored for many years to come.

Smoked food, BBQ, pulled pork, dark stews. Desserts with a powerful taste such as cheesecake, chocolate cake and dark berries.
